Résumé : | Omnipresent in employment flows, the "Very Small Enterprises" (VSE) have particular contributions to make to the development and accumulation of skills as well as mobility within the production system. Their training efforts remain little known because these rarely assume the "classic" forms of recourse to the continuing training market. Recent legislation requiring them to participate in the funding of training has not really changed the essential role of on-the-job training. |
