Résumé :	This is an overview of the VET system in Luxembourg. Information is presented according to the following themes : 1. External factors influencing VET : political and administrative context ; population and demography, labour market indicators, educational attainment of the population. 2. Providing vocational education and training in a lifelong learning perspective : diagram of the national education and training system ; government-regulated VET provision ; other forms of training. 3. Shaping VET qualifications : matching VET provision with the needs of Luxembourgish enterprises ; the system for design of qualifications ; validation of qualifications ; quality assurance systems ; feedback loop functions ; assessment of informal and non-formal learning. 4. Promoting participation in vocational education and training : funding for initial vocational education and training ; funding for continuing vocational education and training ; funding for training of unemployed and other vulnerable groups ; guidance and counselling.
