Résumé :	ReferNet is a pan-European network created by CEDEFOP in 2002 to provide exchange of information and best practices on national vocational education and training (VET) systems and policies in Member States, Iceland and Norway. For the period 2016 - 2019 the activities of the network in Bulgaria are coordinated by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET). The aim of the activities in the network is to provide information on the Vocational education and training national policies, analysis of the current status and performance, proposals for development in the context of pan-European guidelines in VET field. Key products of the network activities are reports and analyses presented to the European Commission for the creation of policies which responding to the needs of the member states in order to achieve modernizing of vocational education and training in the lifelong learning context and also implementation of the European dimensions that encourage the education and Labor mobility.
