Résumé :	The ReferNet network was set up by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training - CEDEFOP. CEDEFOP is the European Agency to promote the development of vocational education and training (VET) in the European Union. Its objective is to support the development of VET and evidence based policy making. It provides advice, research, analysis, information, and stimulates European cooperation and common learning. Its networks including ReferNet allow the centre to keep abreast of recent developments and to cooperate and share information. The Czech Republic has been a ReferNet member since 2004. Two institutions alternate in the role of the National Co-ordinator every two years : the NVF - National Training Fund (division National Observatory of Employment and Training), and the NUV - National Institute for Education, Education Counselling Centre and Centre for Continuing Education of Teachers.
